Automotive Service Porter/Valet
Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Automotive Porter/Valet to join our team! This position is all about creating a great first impression - helping keep our dealership lot clean, organized, and welcoming, while providing valet services to ensure a smooth experience for our guests. - Keep the dealership lot clean, safe, and organized
- Park, stage, and arrange vehicles according to dealership standards
- Perform routine lot and vehicle cleanliness checks and report issues
- Greet customers warmly and provide valet service, including parking and retrieving vehicles
- Assist customers with questions, directions, and small requests
- Help track and manage vehicle inventory and locations
- Support the team with other tasks as needed
- Previous porter, valet, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional attitude with great communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stay active throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background screening
