Why this role exists
We're growing rapidly and expanding the capabilities of our platform. To keep pace, we need a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who loves building scalable systems , shipping high-quality product , and solving complex technical challenges that directly impact customers.
You'll work across the full stack — from architecting backend services to building intuitive front-end experiences — and collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to bring ideas to life.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership , moves with urgency , and thrives in the energy of a high-growth startup .
What you'll do
Build & Ship Product Features
- Design, build, and ship features across the full stack with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability .
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help evolve the platform as we scale.
- Write clean, maintainable code with thoughtful test coverage and documentation.
Engineering Excellence & Execution
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate requirements into technical solutions .
- Break down complex problems into clear scopes and deliver iteratively.
- Participate in code reviews , share knowledge, and help raise the bar for engineering quality.
Platform & Infrastructure
- Work with modern, cloud-native infrastructure and help strengthen our platform foundation as we grow.
- Contribute to improving developer tooling , deployment workflows, and system observability.
Impact & Customer Mindset
- Understand how customers use the platform and build with usability, clarity, and automation in mind.
- Help monitor product performance and address issues before they impact users.
You might be a fit if you…
- Have 3+ years of experience shipping production SaaS applications .
- Are comfortable working across the stack — front-end, back-end, APIs, and cloud.
- Take pride in building reliable, scalable systems and feel ownership over what you ship.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where you move quickly, collaborate tightly, and embrace iteration.
- Communicate clearly with engineers, product, and cross-functional partners.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with workforce management , contact center technology , or AI-driven platforms .
- Built products for operational teams or workflow-heavy environments.
- Worked in a high-growth or early-stage startup (<100 employees).
