Overview
Symbiotic Services is seeking a Quality Technician to support manufacturing quality systems, inspection processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain calibration systems and measurement accuracy
- Support CNC operations with quality evaluations and troubleshooting
- Manage nonconforming materials and MRB processes
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Track scrap and support quality audits
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
- Serve as a quality resource on the production floor
Requirements
- 5+ years manufacturing experience (machining preferred)
- 2+ years in a quality role
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
- Experience with metrology tools and calibration systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
- Manufacturing floor exposure to noise and materials
- PPE required
