Remote Customer Service (Insurance Operations)
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from policyholders, beneficiaries, and healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy.
- Educate customers on policy benefits, assist with the claims filing process, and resolve billing or account inquiries.
- Accurately update customer records, document call notes, and process policy updates in our internal systems.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, state insurance regulations, and company privacy guidelines.
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role (experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services is a major plus, but not required).
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer screens, software programs, and chat tools simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for explaining complex information clearly.
- A quiet, distraction-free dedicated workspace with high-speed internet.
