Philanthropy Coordinator

Overview:

Execute and support strategies for employee, physician and annual campaigns to include recruiting and training ambassadors, scheduling events, collaborating with other departments, ordering giveaways, and all other event logistics. Manage campaign prospect lists, ensure that prospect information is being tracked on a timely basis, and ensure that progress toward goals is tracked and monitored; work with database manager to make sure data is updated; assist with peer screening sessions to help identify new prospects for campaigns and manage the peer screening process and input of data; monitor size of gift chart and identify gaps in fundraising totals as compared to goals; research and identify new prospects through referrals, research, and outreach. Help implement campaign plans, including special fundraising strategies, initiatives, and appeals to meet campaign goals; ensure that proposals, solicitation materials, and other campaign materials are prepared and submitted in a timely and accurate fashion to staff, campaign volunteers and prospects; prepare donor packets and materials for staff/volunteers; Encourage and support staff/volunteers on a timely and ongoing basis; Create standard prospect profiles to be used in donor visits; ensure ongoing communication with Campaign Chairs and Campaign Cabinet volunteers to ensure campaign updates and reporting are consistent, accurate, and timely; request updates from staff/volunteers to enter into donor database of record.
