Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM One-hour lunch

Schedule: 40hours /week

• We are seeking a reliable and proactive HR Generalist / HR Coordinator to support our HR Director, Dawn Wysosky, with day-to-day human resources functions.
• This is initially a contract assignment of unknown duration due to an extended leave of absence.

What You'll Do:

• Enter and maintain accurate employee information within the APS system.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientations for both temporary and direct-hire employees.
• Process transitions and conversions from temporary status to permanent employees.
• Screen inbound applicants prior to presenting top candidates to the HR Director and coordinate closely with staffing agencies regarding daily hiring needs.
• Prepare regular headcount reports for the parent company and track overtime data using Excel.
• Assist with monthly safety committee meetings by taking detailed notes and documenting workplace incidents.
• Provide general HR administrative support to ensure smooth daily department workflows.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+years of experience in hands-on human resources

What Sets You Apart:

• Strong HR administrative background with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with APS (HRIS), Excel reporting, and a background in workplace safety or training
• Bilingual Spanish
• APS experience
• Manufacturing experience
