Requirements: experience in Regional or Over the Road. Moving Violations: No more than 3 in the last 3 years. No more than 2 in the last 12 months. Automatic DQ’s: More than three moving violations in the past three years. More than two moving violation in the last 12 months. Open container driver or passenger convictions in the last 3 years in a POV for both Experienced and Student Drivers. Felonies and Misdemeanor: All other charges will be reviewed. No theft by check in the past 3 years. No drug charges in the past 10 years. All sex offenses must be approved by HR.
