About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality .
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling, staff training, and operational oversight.
• Foster a team-oriented culture , accountability, and a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Prior foodservice experience required; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage with guests and team members.
• Mature, professional, and reliable; able to work flexible hours.
• Punctual, dependable, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
• No concerning background issues.

Compensation & Benefits
