Salary: $200,000 – $230,000 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician, Primary Care Physician, Internal Medicine Physician, or Med-Ped Physician to join a well-established Community Health Center in Roanoke Rapids, NC. This is a full-time, outpatient-only opportunity providing patient-centered primary care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

No hospital call. Very light after-hours phone call. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform preventive care, physical exams, and screenings.
• Participate in a light shared telephonic call rotation.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain.
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
