Position: Loan Operations Specialist (Credit Administration)

Start Date: ASAP Start - 4/5/2027

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business Shift

Pay Range: $21.03/HR, Paid Weekly

Potential Extension or Temp to Perm

Job Responsibilities:

• Process assignments for large corporate and commercial clients within syndicated credit facilities, serving as the Administrative Agent.
• Submit and manage documentation required for onboarding new clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Background in underwriting.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Degree in Finance
• Experience with Loan IQ.
• Experience in syndicated loans.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
