Our Material Handler mixes and packages Company products. Maintains inventory levels and assists in shipping and receiving products and materials in the warehouse.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for performing manual warehouse tasks including loading/unloading trucks, shipping/receiving products, and maintaining the facility. Operates forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handles hazardous materials and waste in compliance with company procedures, including receiving, storing, blending, packaging, and preparing shipments. Completes all required inspections and documentation.
• Supports emergency response efforts and adheres to safety and quality standards. Assists with resolving product quality issues and maintains cleanliness of warehouse and equipment.
• Follows all company policies and performs other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

• Ability to operate an industrial powered lift truck or forklift according to company procedures and governmental regulations
• Ability to use and maintain respiratory protection equipment
• Ability to learn proper methods for handling hazardous materials and wastes, with training
• Physical ability to lift and carry at least 100 lb. net bags for short distances
• Ability to read, write, count, understand, and speak English
• Physical ability to tilt back or break 800 lb. net drums onto a dolly as well as stand and walk for long periods of time
• Test negative on the company’s drug tests
