**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons, while maintaining detailed and accurate documentation.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and/or assisting with visitor management as required by site policies.
+ Support emergency response activities as appropriate, including providing information and assistance to first responders and healthcare staff.
+ Maintain a professional presence and uphold the values of Allied Universal while interacting with all individuals on site.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
