As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Lewiston Woodville, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access activities with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, acts with integrity, and brings a reliable, people-first approach to customer service and communication.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries while following location procedures for restricted areas.
• Communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns that may affect security-related operations, and/or changes in site activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
