Maintenance Tech
Topsider Building Systems, Inc., designer and fabricator of high-end custom post and beam residential homes and commercial structures shipped worldwide since 1968 seeks versatile HANDS-ON maintenance person.
Principal Duties Include:
- Responsibility for doing minor building repairs, coordinating with outside contractors for landscape, grounds and offices maintenance.
- Knowledge of woodworking equipment and their repair and maintenance, minor repairs of hand tools (ie, pneumatic nail guns), forklifts, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Maintenance or equivalent experience in commercial facilities, or “punch list-type” experience, if coming from a builder background.
- Must have mechanical aptitude. Woodworking and computer experience are preferred.
Required education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Benefits: PPO health plan, including dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation policy, etc.
Salary : From $18.00 per hour (to start), based on experience and qualifications.
