Regional Account Manager (Texas)
The Regional Account Manager plays a key role in driving the growth of JTI LIGGETT by expanding distribution and strengthening our presence across both new and existing regional chain accounts within the assigned territory. In this role, you will contribute to strategic business planning by bringing valuable market insights, shaping sales and marketing strategies, and helping define clear goals and priorities that support sustainable business growth.
Your skills/experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in the CPG industry
Proven track record working with chain category managers and key corporate stakeholders
Experience managing retail chains and distributor relationships
Strong consultative selling and fact-based negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
What You'll Be Doing
Identify, engage, and secure new corporate-level business accounts to expand market presence
Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities
Deliver against targeted sales growth and profit objectives aligned with the strategic business plan
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships across all levels within chain accounts
Conduct regular sales calls and deliver impactful, insight-driven presentations to key stakeholders
Provide valuable market intelligence, including industry trends, competitive insights, and updates on external dynamics
