**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
+ Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and/or credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Maintain accurate records of visitor and contractor check-ins and check-outs, and document any security-related incidents.
+ Communicate professionally with staff, guests, and emergency personnel as needed.
+ Assist with emergency response activities, such as initiating evacuation or shelter-in-place procedures when appropriate.
+ Support Allied Universal management with reporting and documentation requirements as related to front desk activities.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
