$75,000 - $175,000 at plan yearly

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Leverage our extensive lead database to identify and pursue potential buyers and sellers in the Greensboro-High Point area.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with insightful information to guide their purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with our team and participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Utilize our cutting-edge technology tools to streamline the sales process and improve client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.

• Must have an Active North Carolina Real Estate License.
• Must be coachable and have the desire to grow.
• Attend trainings and mentor other agents.
• Experience with contracts and Dotloop.
