Your Role in the Field

In this dual leadership and technical position, you will:

• Lead and support a team of commercial service technicians across daily field operations
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial systems
• Act as the primary field leader, coordinating service activities and ensuring smooth job execution
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, industry regulations, and quality benchmarks
• Review service reports, work orders, and technical documentation for accuracy
• Mentor and train technicians to elevate performance and technical capability
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and management to resolve technical and logistical challenges
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to company standards
• Deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with commercial clients

Qualifications:

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in commercial service (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related trade)
• Proven experience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, or Supervisor (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in commercial environments
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service documentation
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations and industry codes
• Confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage
