Responsibilities
- Prepare all beverages accurately and consistently
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Demonstrates full knowledge of bar menu and passes Barista test.
- Maintain garnish prep and freshness
- Check orders for accuracy before serving them to guests.
- Maintain clean and organized barista areas.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Familiarize yourself with the menu to make recommendations and upsell featured items.
- Inform guests about promotions, special events, etc.
- Embrace a positive and inclusive role within the Vicious Biscuit culture, actively engaging in teamwork, expressing enthusiasm for personal growth and development, and steadfastly upholding a commitment to excellence.
- Support Front of House operations as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age, as this role will pour and serve alcohol.
- Experience in fast-casual restaurant environments.
- Experience in front-of-house restaurant roles.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience in high-volume service environments is a plus.
