Green Dot Home Services is growing — and we’re building a plumbing division the right way. We’re looking for a high-performing, experienced Residential Service Plumber who wants more than just a job. We want someone who takes pride in their craft, cares about customers, and wants to be part of a fast-growing, professional home service company serving New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Onslow, and Duplin counties.

If you have 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience , this could be a great fit. We have more work than we can service and need you!

Position Overview

This role focuses on residential and light commercial service, repair, and replacement work. You’ll diagnose issues, educate homeowners on options, and perform clean, code-compliant work that reflects our standards.

You do not need to hold a plumbing license to apply.
However, licensed plumbers will qualify for a higher pay scale.

New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Onslow, and Duplin Counties, NC

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience
  
• Strong diagnostic ability and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience with:
  • Water heater replacements (tank & tankless)
  • Leak detection and repairs
  • Drain cleaning and clearing
  • Fixture replacements
  • Gas piping
  • Service & repair troubleshooting
  • Jetting
• Professional communication with homeowner or commercial owner
• Clean driving record
• Ability to use technology (iPad-based dispatching and invoicing)
• Team-oriented mindset

Compensation

This is a performance-based pay structure , scaled for expertise and production.
