Part-Time Private Practice Dietitian

Christie, RD is hiring a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and support corporate wellness programs. This is a hybrid role based in Greensboro, NC, offering a combination of in-person client care and remote flexibility.

You will work directly with clients to deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling, develop personalized care plans, and support long-term behavior change. This role also includes leading workplace wellness presentations and participating in worksite wellness events.

This position is ideal for a dietitian who wants to build clinical expertise, gain mentorship, and work in a collaborative private practice setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nutrition counseling and assessments.
• Develop personalized nutrition care plans (diabetes, weight management, chronic disease, food allergies, autoimmune conditions).
• Deliver corporate wellness presentations and group nutrition education sessions.
• Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and wellness programs.
• Follow up with clients to support retention and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation, scheduling, and client records.
• Stay current with evidence-based nutrition research and best practices.
• Support content creation (educational materials, blog posts, or social media).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to practice growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), credentialed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Licensed in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
• Based in or near Greensboro, NC.
• Experience in nutrition counseling, private practice, or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with both one-on-one counseling and group presentations.
