Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home (Optional Clinic Hours) | Fayetteville, NC

Part-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM | $21.50–$26.00 per hour

Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide consistent morning in-home ABA services in the Fayetteville area.

Optional afternoon clinic hours are available for technicians seeking additional time or a pathway to full-time employment.

Position Details

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Setting: Primarily in-home; optional clinic hours available

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (required)

Additional Hours: Optional clinic shifts in the afternoon

Employment Type: Part-time, with opportunity to increase hours

Compensation: $21.50–$26.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and clinic settings

Implement treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervision

Collect and record accurate session data using digital tools

Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical supervisors

Foster a structured, positive learning environment that supports skill development

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Reliable transportation for in-home visits

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to complete required training and background checks

Preferred:

• At least 6 months of ABA experience (newly certified encouraged to apply)

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $21.50–$26.00 per hour

(based on experience, certification, and schedule availability)
