About the Role:

We're seeking a high-energy, goal-oriented Install Manager who wants more than just a paycheck—you want a career, a crew to lead, and wins to celebrate . You'll lead septic and plumbing installation crews, coach techs for growth, ensure top-tier customer service, and keep operations running smooth, safe, and on schedule.

Experience in construction or excavation is required. Septic installation background and CDL are big pluses!

What You Bring:

• 5+ years coaching/leadership experience

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams

• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency

• Top-tier communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational & time management

• Working knowledge of Excel, scheduling tools, and job tracking software

• CDL & septic or plumbing experience? Even better!
