Associate, Activation - Outcomes

This is an incredible opportunity for a numbers driven, analytical critical thinker to join an incredibly dynamic organization. This role is a centralized service across all OMG's brand agencies: OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science, BeautyCoLab, which means it comes with a truly unique opportunity to work across a variety of clients, industries and business challenges. Required Skills- Experience working with excel is a must

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Teams, Powerpoint, Word
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing, and media is a plus

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
