Division 10/12 Sales Estimator
Location: Raleigh, NC

We are currently partnering with a well-established commercial construction firm that’s looking to bring on a Division 10/12 Sales Estimator . This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in construction specialties who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role:
This position plays a key role in the preconstruction and sales process. You’ll be responsible for reviewing blueprints and project specs, preparing detailed and competitive cost estimates for Division 10 and Division 12. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with vendors and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment
• Review architectural drawings and project documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, sales teams, and vendors
• Submit competitive bids on time, clearly outlining scope and pricing
• Follow up with clients post-bid and support proposal adjustments
• Represent the company in client-facing settings and occasional entertainment events

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in Division 10/12 estimating or similar trade
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Financially minded—understands job costing and margins
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
