Our growing restoration business 1800Packouts of Charlotte is seeking an experienced and highly motivated commercial sales professional (rockstar) to take us to the next level. Must be an expert prospector and closer, skilled at B2B sales, who creates deep, meaningful connections with prospects and customers. If you have a “seek to understand” mentality and always strive to solve the customer’s problem- then this may be the place for you!

THE POSITION ENTAILS

• Proactively networking and prospecting to drive business

• Lead and revenue generation

• Securing priority response agreements

• Monthly sales touches with prospects and customers

• Territory and sales funnel management

• Presenting to decision makers

• On-boarding new accounts

• Utilizing the company CRM

• Participating in and hosting networking and association events

• Collaborating and communicating internally and externally

• Problem solving

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THESE CHARACTERISTICS:

• Ability to identify potential customers, dig for the decision makers, and grow your own pipeline

• Confident and outgoing personality

• Proactive connector who drives business

• Excellent presentation skills

• Professional communicator both verbally and written

• Self-disciplined

• Easily adapts to and learns new skills including technology

• Ability to pivot and get your hands dirty in the field when your customer suffer property damage

• Restoration industry or target market (property or facility management, insurance agency, education, etc.) experience preferred

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

An experienced applicant can expect a first year earn out of $100,000+. Base is contingent with experience.
