Position: Network Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC || Irving, TX || Chandler, AZ || Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Duration:12+ Months (Possible extension or conversion to FTE)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer (SNE) to join our team. The role involves coordinating, installing, supporting, and maintaining network infrastructure with a focus on enterprise Business to Business (B2B) and third-party network connectivity. This position supports client Data Center transitions into a new operating model. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot network and system applications, and ensure seamless integration and maintenance of B2B network services. The role requires expertise in Cisco and Arista Networking products and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, design, and execute B2B network implementations and migrations using the client Service Now change control process.
• Mitigate risks by addressing capacity or configuration concerns and aligning with new design standards.
• Participate in Agile methodology for project management and engineering tasks.
• Engage in key phases such as Architectural Design preparation, Technical Design Review & Approval, Migration Planning & Change Review/Approval, Implementation, and testing with operational turnover.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, managers, and internal customers to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Exercise independent judgment while adhering to function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Execute network changes via the client change control process and address capacity or system-related issues proactively.
• Contribute to enterprise-level projects by designing, reviewing, implementing, testing, and validating network solutions while researching industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Network Engineering experience, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Cisco and Arista Networking products with strong command-line interface expertise.
• Experience in coordinating and executing B2B network services across routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
• Ability to work during non-business hours for B2B designs and migrations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a focus on achieving operational excellence.

Pay Range: $55 - $60/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
