What You’ll Do

No two days are exactly alike, but your responsibilities will include:

• Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records

• Reconcile accounts and credit card statements

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Help prepare financial reports and spreadsheets

• Verify pricing, purchase orders, and job costing

• Support payroll and accounting functions as needed

• Maintain organized digital records and documentation

• Work closely with our operations and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy

• Assist with month-end closing activities

• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔ Comfortable learning new software

✔ Great at managing multiple priorities

✔ Able to communicate professionally with vendors and teammates

Experience with Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Service Titan and bookkeeping is preferred—but attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
