Sales Closing Agent | $500–$2,500/week | Monday–Friday 10 AM–6 PM | Direct Hire |Onsite

What Matters Most

• Competitive pay of $500–$2,500 per week (base + commission + bonuses).

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (may adjust to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

• Weekly pay; strong advancement potential based on performance after training Period.

• Employment Type: Direct Hire to our Newest Customer

• Daily leads provided — no cold calling and no door-to-door.

• Attendance incentive (after Training period) : $300 bonus for select candidates.

• Company provides all required equipment & Lunch for the first week (Training may be shorter hours based on Understanding)

Job Description

This is an in-office telesales role focused on selling final expense life insurance to customers. Agents follow structured scripts, handle inbound and outbound calls using pre-qualified leads, present affordable policy options, and aim for a one-call close while maintaining compliance with carrier and agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with pre-qualified leads (provided by the agency).

• Present plan options clearly and guide customers through the application process.

• Follow structured scripts and one-call close techniques.

• Build rapport, uncover needs, and confidently handle objections.

• Document activity in CRM and comply with carrier/agency standards.

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly production metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Mindset first—motivated, disciplined, and positive attitude.

• Experience in telesales, door-to-door sales, insurance, or closing preferred.

• Background in deathcare or final expense is a plus but not required.

• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

• Computer-savvy; comfortable with CRM and dialer systems.

• Coachable, consistent, goal-oriented; looking for longevity.

• Must work onsite in Greensboro, NC and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position after Training period is $300–$2,500 per week, excluding bonuses or other compensation. Final compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
