Job Posting: Personal Trainer at 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates
Job Description15 to Fit Method™ Pilates has an exciting job opening for a Full-Time Personal Trainer. This position is based in our studio and is not a remote job.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and conduct one-on-one or group training sessions with clients
- Design personalized workout plans based on client goals and fitness levels
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and overall wellness
- Create a positive and motivating atmosphere for clients during training sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the training area
- Certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited program
- Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client sessions
