We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join our housekeeping team as a Houseman at Hilton Garden Inn Statesville. As a Houseman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, assisting housekeeping staff with the turnover of guest rooms, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms
• Assist housekeeping staff with the turnover of guest rooms by delivering supplies and removing trash
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of our guests and team members

• Prior experience in a housekeeping or janitorial role is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
