What Youll Do

• Provide nursing assessments, interventions, and medication monitoring
• Administer and record psychotropic medications as prescribed
• Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects
• Collaborate with the psychiatrist on medication protocols
• Support individuals with medication adherence and health promotion
• Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Deliver care in community settings, including client homes

What Were Looking For

• Active, unrestricted RN or APRN license in NC or VA
• Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Mental health experience preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
