We know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Morrisville, NC.

Compensation:

• $18.50 / hour
• Bi-weekly Pay periods

Full-Time Schedules:

• Overnight Shift
  • Wednesday - Sunday, 11:00PM - 7:00AM (40 hours / week)
• Afternoon Shift
  • Saturday - Tuesday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (32 hours / week)

About the job:

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a secure presence.
• Monitor and authorize exiting vehicles or people on the property.
• Report any suspicious activities when necessary to the local authorities and write reports detailing criminal acts.
• Use company vehicles to patrol and monitor the site grounds.
• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide daily reports of activity.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as required.

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to undergo and successfully complete an extensive pre-employment screening process
• A valid state-issued driver's license is required. Must be able to pass an MVR check.
• Current or previous Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
