Role Description

We have multiple part-time (on-site) roles for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). We have openings located in Mecklenburg County, NC, Rowan County Nc and Cabarrus County, NC. The RBT will be responsible for providing direct behavioral therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders. Day-to-day tasks include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with clinical supervisors to ensure treatment fidelity. The RBT will work closely with clients and their families to deliver quality care and support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data
• Strong observation and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Experience working with individuals with autism or related disorders is a plus
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
