- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in business preferred.
- Passion for home furnishings and a commitment to customer service excellence.
