We have partnered with a 100 unit apartment complex in Charlotte that is in need of an Assistant Community Manager with Affordable Housing experience who can start ASAP!

Pay is $25/hour with a schedule of 8:30am - 5pm Mon-Fri

The ideal candidate will assist with leasing, resident relations, rent collection, compliance, and administrative functions while ensuring excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day property operations and resident services
  • Support leasing activities, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Process applications, certifications, and recertifications in accordance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines
  • Maintain resident files and ensure compliance documentation is accurate and complete
  • Assist with rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and reporting
  • Respond to resident inquiries and help resolve concerns professionally
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Maintain property records and prepare reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing
  • Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, and/or LIHTC programs preferred
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
