are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing
administrative team.This position will play a vital role in the accounting
department and provide service and support across all departments.
Role
Overview: While managing all facets of the accounting office, our staff
accountants are responsible for timely journal posting while maintaining clean
schedules and profitability by collection of any accounts receivables related
to repair orders, manufacture rebates, warranty cancellations, etc. and
maintaining constant open lines of communications between all departments.
Candidate must possess strong organizational skills and have the ability to
communicate positively with department managers, sales, parts and service
staff. Have the drive to work in a fast paced environment and
meet deadlines.

Essential
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Supports

in automotive industry required - Build
and maintain strong working relationships with accounting associates and
management team - Proficient
on CDK Software and Excel - Ability
to work in a fast paced, ever growing environment - Strong
organizational and interpersonal skills - Manage
the day to day accounting operations of the departments to ensure that
proper transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting processes. - Solve
problems through account reconciliation and the coordination for the correction
of billing or cash application errors - Resolve
customer claims and disputed items while providing feedback to those processes
to prevent similar errors in the future - Provide
guidance to functional counterparts in operating units and management on
matters involving exposure and risk associated with accounting department - Support
department productivity goals managing incoming phone calls, chat, and email
correspondence - Knowledge
of automotive manufacture statements - Strong
ability to reconcile A/P statements and service/parts invoice payments for
multiple rooftops - Strong
ability to reconcile journal schedules - Ability
to work with customers in sometimes difficult and confrontational situations - Works
with integrity and ethically and upholds company/organization values - Follow
company policies and procedures. - Any
other accounting duties assigned by management
