Superintendent
Have you demonstrated good results as a Superintendent on Commercial or Multi-Family projects?
We are seeking Superintendents for a premier Raleigh General Contractor to oversee new Commercial & Multi-Family projects.
Demonstrated success with employee relations/safety, product quality and on-time delivery are key.
Plenty of room for growth within company.

- OSHA 30, CPR Certifications required.
- Minimum 2-year Associates Degree, preferred 4-year Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 years' progressive experience as Assistant Superintendent, and/or Project Superintendent with a mid-to-large commercial general contractor.
- Strong computer skills, specifically packaged construction management software, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD and scheduling software a plus.
