**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
+ Monitor the chemical and petrochemical location for compliance with access control procedures and report any irregularities.
+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or issues according to company and client protocols.
+ Assist with site-specific emergency drills and support evacuation procedures as directed.
+ Interact professionally with visitors, contractors, and employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
