Program Manager — Commercial Compliance (Contract-to-Perm)
Location: Remote (Must reside in one of 28 approved states)
Contract Length: 1 year (with potential to convert to permanent)
Target Start Date: May 27, 2025
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and help oversee compliance-driven projects within our commercial segment. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between the enterprise compliance team and commercial operations, ensuring projects align with regulatory requirements and business goals. This is a fantastic contract-to-permanent opportunity for someone skilled in project coordination and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage smaller programs or phases of larger, mandated commercial projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between the enterprise compliance team and commercial teams.
- Monitor and track the commercial project portfolio to ensure goals, schedules, and benefits are achieved.
- Identify and address outstanding issues and upcoming regulatory changes with internal teams.
- Prepare and present program reports, including operational updates and outcomes.
- Recommend and implement program and process improvements to meet evolving objectives.
- Manage budgets and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (as applicable).
Preferred Tools & Experience:
- Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Project (strongly preferred)
- SAI 360 compliance management tool (experience is a plus)
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of related program or project management experience
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working in compliance, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus
