We are recruiting a Controller for a rapidly growing, International organization. In this role, you will lead the accounting function while helping build the foundation for a scalable finance organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role requiring a strong technical accounting background, experience integrating acquired businesses, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with daily execution. Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting function across multiple domestic and international entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Drive key accounting transformation initiatives, including accrual conversions, accounting standard implementation, and multi-entity consolidations.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, internal controls, month-end close processes, and financial reporting to support a growing organization.
• Partner with executive leadership on acquisition integrations, including accounting alignment, reporting standardization, and post-acquisition process improvements.
• Oversee revenue recognition, intercompany accounting, payroll, and other complex accounting activities across multiple business units.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of future accounting systems and ERP solutions while improving current financial processes.
• Build scalable workflows and help establish a centralized accounting function capable of supporting continued growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
• Mentor and help build the future accounting team as the organization continues to expand through both organic growth and acquisitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required.
• 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisition-driven organizations with responsibility for M&A integration and multi-entity accounting.
• Strong technical accounting expertise, including U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, and process improvement. NetSuite is a plus
