We are seeking a talented and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the Triangle! The multifamily maintenance industry is growing rapidly, and everyday offers a new opportunity to engage with a different trade. At KPI Residential, every day is a new adventure!

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years trade related experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, interior/exterior building maintenance, and carpentry
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Willing to share on-call with other team member.
• Valid driver's license, transportation and tools required.
• Background/criminal check and drug test will be conducted.
