Registered Nurse Baylor-Intermediate Critical Care (ICCU)

• Department: Intermediate Critical Care (ICCU)
• Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC
• Schedule: Baylor Nightshift (7pm - 7am)

As an Intermediate Critical Care Registered Nurse, you'll support a 20 bed unit that specializes in stepdown care serving a population that includes sepsis, diabetes, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with non-invasive respiratory support, stable tracheostomy tubes not requiring mechanical ventilation.

• Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course, preferred.
• Experience : One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state,required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, preferred.
