Carolina Delivery & Logistics is an established, fast-growing courier company based in Charlotte with operations throughout the Carolinas. We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage incoming delivery orders and assign jobs to drivers in a timely manner
• Monitor deliveries in real time and adjust routes or plans as needed
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and partners to keep everyone informed
• Ensure drivers stay on schedule and deliveries are completed on time
• Handle issues as they arise and work quickly to find solutions
• Assist with planning driver schedules and preparing for upcoming workload
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve daily operations
• Maintain accurate reporting and help ensure service standards are met

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, courier operations, or transportation
• Strong multitasking ability in a high-pressure, real-time environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Prior experience as a driver, dispatcher, or in customer service is highly valued

Schedule & Availability

This role requires flexibility, as we operate 24/7. Candidates should be open to working one of the following shifts:

• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 4x10 schedule (four 10-hour shifts), which may include weekend coverage

Schedules are typically consistent, but flexibility is important to help support the team and maintain service levels.
