Senior Estimator
A top ENR contractor is hiring a Senior Estimator to take ownership of high-profile commercial projects across healthcare, higher ed, and science & tech. work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle estimating, including building and defending estimates for projects up to $50M+ with incomplete documents
- Develop accurate pricing strategies and present estimates to internal leadership and clients
- Support preconstruction efforts across healthcare, higher ed, and science & tech projects
- Manage and mentor in house estimating team.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis using Sage Estimating and On-Screen Takeoff
- 7+ years experience commercial construction estimating
- Proven ability to independently estimate and price projects up to $30M
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience level: Manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
