Landscape Maintenance Account Manager
Evolve Landscaping is a family-owned commercial landscape maintenance and construction company with a strong growth rate and a close-knit team culture. We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service, build long-term client relationships, and drive portfolio growth.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Daily scheduling, monitoring, and production of maintenance field crews
- Support field crew hiring, training, and development
- Serve as the primary contact for clients across your assigned portfolio
- Identify and sell landscape enhancement services to new and existing clients
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, address concerns, and exceed client expectations
- Renew contracts and maintain a high level of client retention
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor job performance and gross margins to meet financial targets
- Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM (Aspire)
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or landscape operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Landscape industry experience, bilingual preferred
