Who We’re Looking For

You’re the kind of person who thrives on connecting with people and getting things done. You enjoy being on the phone, writing professional emails, and managing multiple customer conversations at once — whether by text, call, or CRM. You take pride in staying organized and following through, knowing that consistent communication builds trust and drives results.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years of professional sales experience , ideally in a home services or residential setting.
  • Is comfortable making outbound calls — both cold and warm — and confident in turning leads into happy customers.
  • Communicates clearly and naturally across phone, email, and SMS , adapting tone and approach to each situation.
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented , keeping CRM notes, quotes, and follow-ups up to date daily.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment , balancing multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Brings a positive attitude, persistence, and professionalism to every customer interaction.
  • Is driven by results and motivated by the opportunity to earn more through performance-based bonuses.

  • Proactively engage with inbound leads

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with technicians, operations, and marketing
