Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to efficiently operate a front end loader and a dozer in our construction projects. This role is essential to ensure the successful completion of various tasks on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front end loader to move materials and equipment.
• Use a dozer to clear and grade land for construction projects.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and loaders.
• Experience in construction and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to work effectively in outdoor environments.

• Experience working in non-climate controlled and dirty conditions.
• A strong understanding of safety protocols in construction settings.

Work Environment

The work environment is outdoors and involves exposure to non-climate controlled and dirty conditions. Adaptability to various weather conditions and physical stamina are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moncure, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
