Location: Bald Head Island, NC | Pay: $52K-54k year for 11 months of full-time work | Schedule: Dinner shifts only – no early mornings

Position Summary

The Bald Head Island Club is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our evening culinary team. This full-time, seasonal position offers a unique schedule: work 11 months of the year with 1 month off each winter, while earning a competitive $52k-$54k annual salary. Evening and closing shifts only—no early mornings or lunch service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate high-quality menu items according to Club standards
• Maintain consistency by following recipes and kitchen procedures
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient
• Collaborate with a professional kitchen team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end or fine dining kitchens
• Strong passion for food and hospitality
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
