Description of the role:
Lookout Ford, located on the beautiful crystal coast of North Carolina is looking for an experienced Parts Manager. As part of your duties you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, ensuring efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and order parts as needed
- Supervise and train parts department staff
- Ensure accurate pricing and invoicing
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements:
- Prior Ford or Lincoln experience in automotive parts management is desired
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory management software
